WebSpark's Design and Development Process:

We work with you each step of the way on your small business website design from concept to completion.

Phase 1 (Information Gathering)

First, we will need to have a meeting where our project staff and your planning committee sit down and discuss strategic details of the project.  This is where we connect with your company's culture, services and/or products and branding.  Here we will answer the important questions (what is your well defined target market, media outlets, goals and objectives.)  We will need to collect information on the exact needs and vision of your organization.

Phase 2 (Action)

Secondly, during this step we will be communicating with the various designated contact people, continuously gathering and sharing information.  Supplying updates and project feedback, we like to keep close communication with our clients during this phase to make sure that we are staying on target with your goals and making sure that you have updates on our progress.  Our project manager will be conducting weekly calls to allow for any feedback of: (Customer Service, Project Timeline, Changing Plans, General Concerns, Etc.)  During this phase we develop site architecture and navigation structure. We then proceed with the design of user interfaces, graphic content and multimedia elements. At this stage, we offer access to works in progress for client review and feedback so that we can reach a design consensus.

Phase 3 (Training)

Thirdly, this is where the website is pretty much completed.  We want to make sure you know how to add content and work through the website as needed.  Any questions and concerns that you may have or any further changes that may need to be made to the website would happen during this phase of the project.

Phase 4 (Delivery)

Fourthly, this is the phase of the project where we will deliver the finished site.   Most questions and concerns will have been met and we will be doing a follow up with you about a week after you have had a chance to work with your site.  Any further questions or difficulties will be addressed then as needed.
